August 16th '08: Welcome, Sonarchy Listeners!
We hope you've stopped by our site while or after listening to the Sonarchy broadcast to find out more about us. If you want to hear more of our music, there are some streaming music downloads as well as another free download available if you look in the music section.
Also, if you like our music, we have a CD available at the Acousmatic website, as well as a digital download as mentioned in the announcement below.

August 7th, '08: "Cherladavix in the Romance Nebula" available for digital download! KEXP Sonarchy broadcast date! New Bagger Lifestyle section coming
Our first official release, from Acousmatic Records is now available on
various online music retailers, including itunes, Emusic,
Amazon.com, and other websites. We're excited about this release. It will also be available very soon as a Physical CD! Check back soon!
Our music will be broadcast on KEXP 90.3 seattle, on Saturday the 16th at midnight. It will be broadcast as part of the weekly series of Northwest experimental music called Sonarchy. Check it out!
Also, as you may have noticed, there is a NEW Bagger Lifestyle section being added to the site, where we will present new Bagger 288 merchandise and also give tips on living the ultimate Bagger Lifestyle.
July 01, '08: Gallery Showing at Mineral in Tacoma
John Farrell from Bagger is having a photography show at mineral studios right here in Tacoma, WA. Mineral's location and contact information can be found at www.lisakinoshita.com. It is an exhibit of beautiful photographs of urban destruction, taken in Portland. Go down and check it out! Buy a picture!
June 13, '08: More news, upcoming radio broadcst
Sorry for the lack of updates. Bagger recorded for Sonarchy radio here in seattle, and the recording of this performance should be broadcast on KEXP sometime in the coming months. I'll post the date here soon! Our release with acousmatic is coming along, and it looks like it will be released as a physical copy CD as well, which is good news! Anyway, more news, more pictures, more music, and more art all to come soon!
Feb 20th '07: Upcoming Show!
Hey there! We'll be playing a show on March 12th at the venue Gallery 1412 in the Central
District of Seattle. That's on the corner of 18th ave and Union. We'll be playing with Robert Blatt,
a friend of ours who will also be playing electronic music and classical guitar. More info about

Feb 5th '08: Testing testing, cha cha cha...
Our website has moved, and I haven't sorted out all the files and media yet, so sorry while
there is a few broken links on the website--they'll be fixed soon, and some new stuff as well.
Nov 5th '07: New Reaktor patches
I've uploaded some new reaktor patches in the software section for download. A looper/droner app designed for live performance, capable of polyrhythms, phasing, and simple randomization,
and also a pair of sampler/effect granular instruments with modular automation and midi-keyboard control of buffer time.
Nov 3rd '07: Upcoming EP, new Music
We've been in touch with the Acousmatic records in the UK, and will most likely be
releasing an EP with them in the coming months. We Johns have also been working on new material. The music section of the site has been updated
with a new track. Stay posted, as we are sorting out some things and hope to be playing some shows in Seattle area soon!
bagger288.com is up and going. The site is just getting started, and there will be some revisions coming up. The site will be periodically updated with new music, reaktor patches, and announcements for our shows, so check back now and again! When we have some gigs lined up, or anything else of importance (births, deaths, hirings, firings), we'll post them here.
